The die-cast conductive contact spring is a core precision component for electrical conduction and signal transmission in intelligent robots and automated equipment. Manufactured using an integrated die-casting process combined with a precision elastic structural design, it offers high structural strength, stable conductivity, and excellent elastic recovery. Primarily used in critical areas such as power contacts, signal interfacing, power transmission, and electronic control module connections, it serves as a fundamental component ensuring stable power supply, precise signal transmission, and sensitive contact performance.
The product is die-cast from high-conductivity alloy and undergoes precision cutting, elastic shaping, and surface anti-oxidation treatment. It features high conductivity and low contact resistance, ensuring continuous, stable electrical conduction while effectively preventing issues such as power interruptions, signal loss, poor contact, overheating, or arcing during operation. Its integrated die-cast structure offers superior integrity and density; compared to traditional stamped springs, it provides greater structural rigidity and fatigue resistance, along with uniform, stable elastic rebound, making it suitable for demanding operating conditions involving high-frequency opening/closing, repetitive contact, and continuous vibration.
Designed to withstand the complex conditions of industrial robots—including long-term continuous operation, high-frequency reciprocating movement, and environments with dust and fluctuating temperature/humidity—this conductive spring undergoes specialized anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, and anti-oxidation treatments. It resists wear, aging, and oxidation/rust, ensuring no loss of elasticity, contact surface fouling, or conduction failure over long-term use. Its precise structural dimensions and curvature design align with robot electronic assembly standards, ensuring a tight fit and accurate alignment; this enhances the sealing and stability of electrical connections, significantly reducing the frequency of electrical faults and lowering long-term maintenance costs.
Robot Die-cast Conductive Contact Springs support both standardized mass production and OEM/ODM customization. Parameters such as curvature, thickness, contact points, and mounting structures can be tailored to specific robot models, electronic control layouts, conduction load requirements, and installation dimensions. Suitable for electrical connection applications across industrial robots, service robots, and intelligent automated equipment, it leverages precision die-casting and stable conductivity to ensure reliable, safe, and long-lasting operation.
Product Description: Conductive contacts for robots, die-cast copper contact components, conductive spring contacts for automation equipment, electrical connection terminals for robots, conductive contacts for servo systems, die-cast conductive spring connectors.
Model: OEM/ODM
Base Material: Copper alloy die-casting (H59 brass / die-cast copper alloy); features excellent electrical conductivity, moderate hardness, good elasticity, wear resistance, and superior die-casting properties.
Manufacturing Process: High-pressure die-casting → Gate and overflow removal → Shot blasting → CNC machining (mating surface milling, precision boring of bearing holes, bolt hole machining) → Deburring and high-pressure cleaning → Airtightness leak testing → Hydraulic leak testing → Full visual inspection → Surface treatment → Finished product dimensional inspection.

Precision: Die-cast blank dimensional tolerance: ±0.5–1.0 mm; CNC machined sealing surfaces and mounting hole tolerances: ±0.02–0.05 mm
Surface Treatment:
1. Natural sandblasting (semi-finished blank; customer-applied coating optional)
2. Chromate passivation / Chromium-free passivation (basic rust protection)
3. Electrostatic powder coating (Colors: RAL, PANTONE, GSB05, etc./Custom colors; C3–C5 corrosion resistance ratings)
4. Hard anodizing, conductive oxidation
5. Anti-corrosion dip coating, electrophoretic coating

Packaging: 1. Internal cushioning protection: Full coverage of the cabinet interior with EPE foam; thickened EPE cushioning at vulnerable areas—such as corners, heat dissipation vents, and door frame seams—to prevent paint scratches, deformation, or damage caused by bumps and compression during transport.

2. Built-in moisture and rust protection: Desiccants are placed inside the cabinet to absorb condensation caused by temperature fluctuations during ocean shipping, preventing the steel panels from rusting due to moisture.
3. Complete moisture-proof sealing: The entire unit is fully wrapped in PE moisture-proof and waterproof film to block the intrusion of seawater mist and humidity.
4. Carton and corner guard reinforcement: The unit is encased in a thickened, seven-layer export-grade corrugated carton, with solid wood corner guards installed for rigid protection against impacts and crushing during loading and unloading.
5. Bulk shipment: Units are neatly stacked on heat-treated, ISPM15-compliant solid wood pallets and secured with stretch wrap. This meets global customs standards for wood quarantine and facilitates forklift handling, container stacking, and long-distance ocean transport.
6. Large multi-unit assemblies: Encased in IPPC-compliant plywood crates. For these large triple-unit assemblies, we prioritize the use of sealed, fumigation-free IPPC plywood crates. These offer superior structural rigidity and sealing, providing enhanced shock and moisture resistance for long-distance ocean shipping, while ensuring smooth customs clearance without quarantine-related delays.
Logistics: Ocean freight, air freight, international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT), rail transport (primarily China-Europe Railway Express), and road transport (short-haul cross-border trade with neighboring countries).
